shipping and handling

Items will be sent via USPS or FedEx regular air mail unless otherwise requested (upgrading to express or registered post is possible through request and additional charges will be the customers responsibility). Item/s will be shipped within 1-3 business/working days from receipt of payment unless item has a specific estimated ship date. 

International postage will be shipped within 1-3 business/working days from receipt of payment (unless there is a specific ship date) but may take 10-14 business/working days to arrive. Please note this is the postage transit time and does not include any potential processing time at the destination countries customs. Any and all applicable duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please choose carefully as there are no refunds available. Please note all items are packaged carefully and inspected before shipment. If for some reason your item is damaged please take a photograph of the damage and the packaging and message me within 24 hours of receipt. If you have been given a return authorization return must be shipped back within 14 days.

Please note colors may vary on different computer monitors and therefore there may be slight variations from the hard copy.
